Belly fat is not even by the least measure a pleasant sight for most of us. And the world has finally awakened to the fact that a fat belly is not a sign of healthy and plentiful eating but a sign of unhealthy and wasteful eating. There are many reasons why people develop a belly fat and there are many repercussions of not keeping the belly fat in control. The worst part is that most of these repercussions only tend to shorten your life span and therefore cut short your stay on the planet. Today’s busy lifestyle leaves very little room for most of us to spend some quality time exercising. Meetings, work and shopping eat away most of our time. Our schedules are often so tight that we don’t even get a chance to think about ourselves. And this is not just for those who are stuck in the corporate world. The condition is very much the same for entrepreneurs, businessmen and even housewives. Entrepreneurs busy in setting up their business often don’t even have enough time to eat, let alone exercise. Businessmen are all day long busy deciding strategies on how to beat the competition which is rising exponentially every day. Housewives too are not spared because while the husband is away all day long because of work, she has to take care of the house, the kids and the occasional relatives. This just means that she has to do not just her part but also a little bit of the husband’s part of the job. Most of us fit anywhere between the 4 categories mentioned above and therefore have little time to exercise and most often eat. This in turn means that we have to always look out to fill our stomachs in the shortest possible duration of time and this ultimately makes us eat and fill our stomachs with junk food. Burgers, Pizzas, Tacos, Fries and colas is all that we end up eating. No doubt that all these are really filling and even tasty but do you ever realize the cost at which this taste comes? It comes at the cost of your health. All these foods contain high amounts of sugar, calories and fats which ultimately become belly fat. This belly fat not only makes you look ugly but even sluggish. This belly fat is also responsible for several other ailments. And high fat content in your body anyways is the first step towards clogged arteries and a heart attack.

Sensors are worn on the head and on other parts of the body, and this way you can “see” and “hear” certain functions like the digestion, muscle tension, and body temperature. A few sessions of these and you won’t need the monitors and the sensors anymore. Biofeedback has gained acceptance all over the world for the treatment of migraine prevention. It is recommended that you keep a migraine diary as soon as you start medication for migraine prevention. Keep in mind that a majority of the patients that take the medication do not respond immediately to it. Jot down the length, frequency and severity of the migraines and all the migraine prevention medicines that you are taking. Looking at it, you will know what does work and what does not work. Know that there is no medication that guarantees to sort out your migraines, but there are things that can help. Identity theft is also known to happen to people who are slack about their own genealogical data, and are also casual about protecting other people’s genealogical data as well. The actual truth is that anybody can find out anything about you if they want to, especially if they try hard enough. There are several ways that can be used to protect your identity, as well as that of other family members. The most basic method to guard one’s self from falling victim to identity theft is by simply changing your secret question and answer. Most people normally use their maiden names as their password for their online personal information. If an identity thief wanted your maiden name, he would simply go to the courthouse and he will access your marriage certificate very comfortably. Some people use your name from where you went to school. It is very easy accessing such information if someone really wanted to get your personal identifiers. Therefore people should try to be more technical when it comes to question and answer sections, especially when it’s for your password. Most researchers share files among themselves. It’s only prudent to always privatize files you share with others so that you are able to prevent the inclusion of living people’s personal details such as names and date of birth. This could act as an easy source of information for would be identity thieves who will have it served on a silver platter if such information is left open to the public. Always try and exclude living people from your data base; if not, have two data bases. This is important because their personal information is not meant for the public, and who knows when an identity thief could be reading and getting ideas. Don’t go around carrying original identity materials, especially when they are not needed. Carry photocopies if you really have to, otherwise leave them in a secure place to limit chances of becoming a victim of identity theft. Just to keep a tab on your financial activities, request your financial report at least once a year as it will help you identify any irregularities or fraudulent activities should there be any. ? ?
